Meet Dave
With nearly 50 years of construction experience, Dave Provenzano has spent decades building and protecting homes throughout California and Nevada, with a particular understanding of the Reno-Tahoe region.
Dave began his career in construction in 1978 and became a licensed California contractor in 1980. Today, he leads a Nevada-based building and development company with experience ranging from remodels to full-scale residential construction.
His experience gives him an understanding of homes from the foundation up, and that knowledge plays an important role in Sierra Wildfire Property Defense’s approach to home protection.
After witnessing the impact of devastating wildfires, Dave became committed to a more proactive approach. His goal is simple: help homeowners identify vulnerabilities and take meaningful steps to protect their properties before wildfire season arrives.

Meet Tim
Tim Lambdin has spent nearly 50 years working in real estate, land development, home construction, and residential property throughout Nevada and California.
Licensed since 1975 and a Nevada Broker-Salesman since 1988, Tim has built his career around experience, honesty, and strong relationships within the communities he serves.
After decades of working with properties throughout Northern Nevada and the Sierra region, Tim has seen firsthand how vulnerable homes and communities can be to wildfire. That experience shaped his commitment to helping homeowners take a more proactive approach to property protection.
Tim and his wife, Emily, have called Spanish Springs home for many years. Their deep roots in Northern Nevada have given Tim a firsthand understanding of the communities and landscapes Sierra Wildfire Property Defense serves.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren and taking advantage of everything Northern Nevada has to offer, from skiing and golfing to camping and exploring the trails.
